Showing Murtha unopposed - because Cspan has gone to the dark side long ago - and his talk is the reason for the 7 PM vote (if the Dems don't walk out en masse or pull some shenanigan).
I thought C-Span1 was obligated to cablecast the House when in session. Normally they don't show prerecorded stuff until after the House adjourns for the day. If the House is in temporary recess or quorum call, I'm wondering if some deal-making shenanigans are in progress?
