I thought C-Span1 was obligated to cablecast the House when in session. Normally they don't show prerecorded stuff until after the House adjourns for the day. If the House is in temporary recess or quorum call, I'm wondering if some deal-making shenanigans are in progress?

If the House is in temporary recess or quorum call, They are ina temporary recess. it should start back at 7:00 PM EST.
