Barney Frank just said they were wasting their time talking there while Republicans are figuring what to do regarding the bill up later.

Sounds like Frank is saying the Republicans aren't as solid about bringing this up as we were told on Drudge.

Usually Republicans are a bit spineless, so again I say I will believe all this when I see it.

Republicans have already defeated one procedural vote brought up by Dims to avoid the big vote. I'm very encouraged.
