I've got mixed feelings on this.

On the one hand, there's nothing I would like better than to shout those fools down and defeat them once and for all.

On the other hand, the 'Rats will never stop this nonsense. They will keep coming back with the same lame, tired old BS, and keep trying to stuff it down the Country's throat.

I wish I could believe that there was going to be some good for Conservatives, or the Troops, the Country, or the Middle East out of this, but I'm skeptical.

You have every reason to be skeptical, but at least the Republicans are starting to fight back against the Dems' nonsense. They've been a punching bag for way too long.

Quit counting beans and look at the end game. Either the Dims vote to sustain troops in Iraq -- in which case they either shut up or expose themselves as idiots -- or they vote to pull them out -- in which case, if they win, forever become the reason for every bad thing that happens.

Either way, we win. The troops win. America wins.

Can't hurt. It's one more nail in their coffin of "support the troops but don't support the war." After a while, their looney-left-loser allies will abandon them---just not show to vote. Look at how fast things have turned in just two or three weeks since the Miers thing.
