Bill Clinton was wrong and still so
I received an email from Donna P. asking the following question:
Hi,
It's just been reported that ex US president Clinton, has said that the invasion of Iraq was a mistake.
I was wondering if you'd care to share your views on that statement . If you could talk to Bill Clinton, what would you have to say about his statement?
Thank you, Donna P.
.
During the time of Bill Clinton presidency the following happened:
1. Talaban became very strong and Al-Qaeda finalized its attacks against in NY in 11/9/2001
2. Saddam became more strong and built hundred of palaces and tried to stock WMD while one million Iraqis most of them children have been killed by the UN sanction. When asked BC foreign Secretary of State stated it is worth it killing the Iraqi children
3. He attacked Iraq and killed many innocent Iraqis to cover Monica Lewinsky scandal
4. The oil for food scandals were happening under BC time by the UN personnel
The world without Saddam is not only better place for the Iraqis but for the whole world. Those who are fighting the changes towards democracy in Iraq are Al-Qaeda terrorists and the other extremists and their supporters in Syria. BC is no different from them. BC certainly failed to remove Saddam and failed to prevent the terrorists but was successful in killing more Iraqis by his rockets and by Saddam hands. BC is a supporter of the dictator regimes in the Middle East indeed.
Lastly toppling Saddam regime by force was better for the whole world but not for the terrorists or their supporters and not for those who stands with the dictator regimes that kills its own people. However the mistakes happened afterward by allowing the terrorists to establish themselves in Iraq from Saudi Arabia and Syria.
We believe that the terrorist roots are in the doctrine of hate (the wahabism) and this is should be taken seriously. Democracy in the Arab region is the best solution to balance all the factions so as none will dominate on the wealth of the oil and use it to facilitate its own cause like what happened in Saudi Arabia which used huge amount of money to help to spread the doctrine of wahabism all over the world. BC was a big supporter for that and still doing so.

I don't see how he can be wrong all the time. Before, he was in favor of the war. Now, he's opposed to it. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

If you could talk to Bill Clinton, what would you have to say about his statement?Honestly, I'm not sure I would waste my time. Remember when he was attending that graduation and there were graduates who walked right past him and refused to shake his hand. I think I'd be among that crowd. Some people are either so deluded it's not worth the effort or they are just plain liars and they aren't worth the effort either. Which group is Bill in? I guess I'd have to put him in both groups. Words would be wasted on him.

I couldn't have said it any better. I think the only time I would talk to him and his missus is if they were behind bars and then I would stand and laugh at them....

You'd think he'd just shut up since we're cleaning his mess up rather than bring all this attention to himself. There are forms of venereal diseases that degenerate the brain cells and adversely affect rational thought process. That could explain it.

Just in case some people want a little reminder of things Clinton said about Iraq prior to the war. Here is a link to a speech he gave at the UK Labour Party conference in 2002.
Speech
Some interesting highlights:
"I take it almost everybody in this room supports what Prime Minister Blair and I did in Kosovo. It was a clear and present emergency, you had a million people being driven from their homes, but in the end, even though we had all the Muslim world for it and most of the developing nations for it, all of Nato for it, we could not get a UN resolution because of the historic ties of the Serbs to the Russians. So we went in anyway and as soon as the conflict was over the Russians came in and did a very responsible job participating with the United States in an international UN sanction peacekeeping environment. Why? Why did that happen? Because the UN is still becoming..."
"A few words about Iraq. I support the efforts of the Prime Minister and President Bush to get tougher with Saddam Hussein. I strongly support the Prime Minister's determination if at all possible to act through the UN. We need a strong new resolution calling for unrestricted inspections. The restrictions imposed in 1998 are not acceptable and will not do the job. There should be a deadline and no lack of clarity about what Iraq must do... There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein's regime poses a threat to his people, his neighbours and the world at large because of his biological and chemical weapons and his nuclear programme.
In December of 1998 after the inspectors were kicked out along with the support of Prime Minister Blair and the British military we launched Operation Desert Fox for four days. An air assault on those weapons of mass destruction, the air defence and regime protection forces. This campaign had scores of targets and successfully degraded both the conventional and non-conventional arsenal. It diminished Iraq's threat to the region and it demonstrated the price to be paid for violating the Security Council's resolutions. It was the right thing to do, and it is one reason why I still believe we had to stay at this business until we get all those biological and chemical weapons out of there.
What has happened in the last four years? No inspectors, a fresh opportunity to rebuild the biological and chemical weapons programme and to try and develop some sort of nuclear capacity. Because of the sanctions Saddam Hussein is much weaker militarily than he was in 1990, while we are stronger, but that probably has given him even more incentive to try and amass weapons of mass destruction. I agree with many Republicans and Democrats in America and many here in Britain who want to go through the United Nations to bring the weight of world opinion together, to bring us all together, too offer one more chance to the inspections.
President Bush and Secretary Powell say they want a UN resolution too and are willing to give the inspectors another chance. Saddam Hussein, as usual, is bobbing and weaving. We should call his bluff. The United Nations should scrap the 1998 restrictions and call for a complete and unrestricted set of inspections with a new resolution..."

The impeached and disgraced ex president calls for another Viet Nam surrender, why? So the left can once again have their chance to spit on those brave men who put their life on the line for all of us. Can't we all see Kerry calling for an investigation into the atrocities commited? Mopey Mary Mapes can do a shocking report and that fool Fitzgerald can indite the entire army while the dog and pony show Clintons sit back and smile.

No makeup on Slick Willie's forehead to hide whatever that is in that photo.
Kidneys & liver?
I recall a man with that sallow haunted gaunt look some years ago telling me I should watch my health...... He died the next week!
Put Slick Willie and George HW Bush side by side -
Who is ready to jump from a plane and then go fishing with his sons?
The clock is ticking faster and faster Slick!
What's with the drooping open mouth.... and that hair just ain't gettin' it anymore!
Notice that Slick Willie's portrait in the White House keeps looking younger and younger?
Hmmmmmmmmmm.
