Well I'm all for real sentences for even young criminals, but given what was going on in this house, and god only knows what happened in the house they came from, it seems a little over the top. The phrase "balming the victim" comes to mind. Is it just part of the CYA plan of the government-types to distract attention from their negligence.
A lot of weirdness going on out in the wasteland. God only knows what causes this kind of insanity.
