Interesting read. Maybe it's true afterall that certain food additives and colorings just aren't good for us...

My wife and daughter eat at least 1/2 lb per day. Wife is 5'6", 106lbs, I am trying to switch them to dark rather than their preferred milk chocolate. If I ate like that I would be obese (according to government standards) but she needs it when she doesn't feel well.
