He has created an unconstitutional council called the Sierra Nevada Conservancy, which undermines elected representation in the area and usurps authority from the individual citizen.

In the meantime, our infrastructure is still falling apart, the highways in the Bay Area are in such disrepair that you can't even believe you are in America, it seems more like East Germany before the Berlin wall fell.
