Stolen golf cart runs into the law
Three men, keg found on board an OSU golf cart Saturday night
Barometer Staff Report
A stolen golf cart belonging to the OSU golf team with three men and an untapped keg on board crashed into a Department of Public Safety vehicle on Saturday at about 7:30 p.m., according to police records.
The driver of the stolen cart, 28-year-old Ted Cersovski refused to take a breath test but was cited for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering, police logs show. He reportedly told police he had paid somebody on campus $20 for the cart.
Two other men riding with Cersovski told police Cersovski offered them a ride in the cart. One of the passengers was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
The keg did not have required paperwork, and will be investigated by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.
The three men were not listed in the OSU student directory.
One of the most fun little rides I ever had was me , a friend , and a golf cart going down a steep , winding pathway at a golf course. I fish-tailed the cart around a long sweeping turn , at pretty good speed with a pretty steep drop off, with my friend hanging on for dear life.
Sammy Swindell would have been proud. : )
No I wasn`t drinking.
OH, No, Undocumented Kegs?
