Boycott Hollywood and their shallow minded actors. Otherwise, they will be the death of America.

George Clooney apparently thought that he fact checked his information...he must have used the same fact checkers Michael Moore used.

I was OK with her SC columns - IIRC she is first and foremost an authority on constitutional law so she knows whereof she speaks. And her points on Miers were these

1. We were told "trust me" on Souter and that worked out really badly.
2. We have a majority in both houses and the executive branch and we should act like it.
3. Even if Miers were inclined to lean rightwards (and that's a big if) she probably didn't have the intellectual firepower to hold her ground let alone sway others around to her point of view.

I think these were all valid points. And her column that mentioned that Miers was a "good bowler" was hysterical, IMHO.

OOOOOhhhhh..Ed Asner...the great liberal...Don't get me started here about Mr. Asner and his personal morals. I know of two women, who each have a child from him out-of-wedlock and brought those children up without his child support....yeh, he is a great humanitarian for everyone else, just not his kids. Pluuueeze.

People dig into Howard Stern and I can entirely understand that but one of the things he used to point out were celebrities who totally discarded their kids. I think there is a whole chapter about it in his first book.

"I think Joe Stalin was a guy that was hugely misunderstood," said Asner. "And to this day, I don't think I have ever seen an adequate job done of telling the story of Joe Stalin, so I guess my answer would have to be Joe Stalin."

Un-be-lieve-a-ble. Of course, we already knew he was a Communist, but...the audacity. I guess he doesn't think that openly declaring the greatest mass murderer who ever lived as his hero will reflect badly on him. I can't believe I haven't heard of this quote before today. How is he not a pariah?

[ However, I was hoping Ann would write about more important issues (rather than a BS Clooney movie) ]

Ann dont write to entertain the choir.. She writes to destabilize the liberal mentality.. Liberals DON'T read the truth.. But they DO read about their ICONS.. Especially if their ICONS are exposed like Richard Simmons in chicken suit with his fly open.. and a silly look on his beak..(Clooney)
