I'm afraid this happens fairly often. My daughter has come home telling me of children smoking pot and having oral sex on the back of the bus. My son told me the same at a different school in this state (Principal was busted for Cocaine.) Needless to say, my children no longer ride the bus, much less attend public school.

I believe you are right, this is Clinton's legacy. I had never heard of teenagers having oral sex in public pre-Clinton.

I had to ride the bus my sophomore year in HS. Sex, but more often flashing and fondling, were not uncommon amongst certain kids who rode the bus. As a minority (white) in our small, southern town, there was nothing I could do but ignore it and sit near the front. Eventually I got the courage to tell my dad, which quickly ended my daily rides on the bus. Reagan was president, by the way. Not to demean Reagan by any means at all. More to the point that this nonsense has been going on well before Clinton. Oh, it also happened in bathrooms, in the backs of classrooms, etc.

Esquire magazine says that the popular Bill Clinton is the "most important man in the world" at this time. I have always thought that those tens of millions of Americans rushing to make Hillary president are under the notion that the popular Bill will still be really "in charge." A poll this week also shows that the American people trust Bill Clinton far more than they do his presidential successor.
