State police said a 14-year-old boy was charged in juvenile court with forcing a 13-year-old girl into a sexual act and a 16-year-old boy was charged with a misdemeanor count of sexual misconduct involving a 14-year-old girl.I'm sorry. . .these girls are being forced? I have a hard time buying that.
They are on a school bus, filled with other kids, with an adult driving (and sometimes an aid as well), and a 2-way radio handy to summon police. Seems these girls could have prevented this by screaming bloody murder.

You should hear the stories my kids have told me about middle-school girls. Also, many girls that age cry "wolf"
only after they willingly participated.
Or just made it up for attention.
Be interesting to know if there were witnesses.

It's been described from the beginning as murder/kidnap. She's returned to PA and the latest I heard, this morning, is the same. Until the police know more and tell more...that seems to be the case.
I believe the younger children who witnessed it all gave the initial indication that she was forced.
