Please see above link for the two transcripts.
There are some nasty copyright violation warnings on the DoD site, stating that the transcripts are done by a private company.
So I won't post even an excerpt, but you can go there to read the full transcripts.
He is really hammering at the truth, quotes Clinton about Iraq and Saddam.
I highly recommend reading the transctipt, if you missed the press conference.
Secretary Rumsfeld Radio Interview with Sean Hannity Show
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my FoxFan list. *Warning: This can be a high-volume ping list at times.
The DOD sends Congress like 900 reports all ready "I hope someone one reads them" Rummy RULES!.
Just found, that you can go to the Pentagon channel and watch it on the web!
http://www.pentagonchannel.mil/
I wasn't able to watch it live, but I am watching it now on the Pentagon channel on the web.
Rummy is GREAT! He needs to give a press conference every day, as he used to.
Rummy was fantastic today. Glad they let him out of his cage. Can Cheney be far behind?
Thanks for the ping!
Go Rummy! Thanks for the link. I missed the opening remarks today and just caught the tale end of the Rummy slapdown on stupid reporters...lol
Thanks for the ping.
Here's another one you can circulate:
A Bill
Resolution of Censure of Jay Rockefeller
Whereas on Nov. 13, 2005 during a nationally televised interview, Senator Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia
admitted to taking it upon himself to visit the countries of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria in January of 2002
whereupon he "told each of the heads of state that it was my view that George Bush had already made up his mind
to go to war against Iraq."
And whereas Senator Jay Rockefeller also told those heads of state "that was a predetermined set course which had taken shape shortly after 9/11."
RESOLVED: That the Senator from West Virginia, Jay Rockefeller, failed to maintain proper public ethical standards by impugning the ethics of a sitting President of the United States.
His behavior on Nov. 13, 2005, in which he made allegations against the President, WITHOUT GIVING ANY EVIDENCE, betrayed the necessary good conduct as a Senator, affected the honor of the Senate, and that this conduct of the Senator from West Virginia, Mr. Rockefeller, is contrary to senatorial traditions
and is hereby condemned.
Again, e-mail and fax it to your senators.
Let them know that it's time to send a CLEAR AND STRONG MESSAGE!!!!
EXCELLENT!! Vanity..I suggested a censure of Rockefeller earlier today and had a few agree with the notion on another thread. Thanks for getting this letter together for those of us that don't always follow up on good intentions! Good job. Any fellow freepers that have good ideas to add to this 'bill' please post them. Let's iron out this idea out and send it in force to our congressmen.
LOL..just listened to Rummy say.."HUSH" to a moron reporter...lol. That alone is worth listening to for thirty minutes!!
Thanks for the compliment.
Here's a post to another thread on FR that provides links to other form letters to e-mail to Congressmen and Senators:

Rumsfeld pulls no punches, he is an advocate of 'The Truth and Nothing but the Truth'.
That was GREAT, wasn't it? And the way he takes control and doesn't allow them to put words in his mouth is brilliant! The entire Republican party could learn a thing or two from him, for real!
bttt

Since our Senators seem to be unwilling and incapable of policing themselves, they should all be ousted from office, IMMEDIATELY, and a new MATURE batch elected. The childishness coming from that branch of our government is utterly PATHETIC! They are the laughing stock of the U.S. Not only are the citizens laughing at them, but also those who live outside the U.S. are having a good laugh. WAKE UP SENATORS and act like grown-ups!
BUMP!
