Its not a prayer if its not in Jesus' name...who are they praying to, the wall?

Like on our money, I can see them use the name God in mixed company which can for each person listening represent what they think God is.
Christians and Jews think of God the Father/Creator, the name Christ for Christians is for His son the Savior, but god could also mean Buddha or something else generically to those who worship other things.

Depends on the crowd.

The title God is of pagan origin as is the name Jesus Christ. I'll not use nor pray to either. My Elohim is Yahuweh and my Mashiach is Yahushua.

Ah well, it has been my experience that when your pinned down with bullets kicking dirt in your face or sitting in a foxhole under mortar and artillery fire you will pray to God and or Jesus and damn the regulations.
