If the Feds cracked down on employers, the illegals would deport themselves.

I have a 3 part plan that would reduce the illegal population to almost nothing:

1. Fine employers who have illegals hired: $10,000 per illegal on the first inspection. $100,000 per illegal on the second inspection. 3 year mandatory prison term for company management for any illegals found on third inspection.

2. Prohibit illegals from any social, medical and educational assistance/aid.

3. Mandatory military consignment for any illegal between the ages of 18 and 39 detained. [After 3 years of successful military service, soldier may apply for permanent resident status.]

I think it is time to "Punish the party in power" if that is what it takes to get the message across. If the Republicans lose in Congress they can write it off to appeasing Mexico. The American West and Southwest is PISSED!!!

Elaborate on how the inspections would work?

This wouldn't be like I'm sitting in my office and some guy walks in a demands to see my ID?

If you mean going backwards using tax forms and information tips, that sounds good.

For what its worth, the 2nd time should be a fine plus jail time, and a 3rd time a bigger fine and more jail time.

I also don't think these illegals are worthy enough or deserving enough to be a part of our armed forces, I don't want one of my friends lives to have to depend on some guy who swan across the rio grande to make 2 bucks and hour and collect welfare.

Or more humane - let employer pay $10,000 compensation to the illegal for exploiting him (plus all costs of return to home country and possible legal re-entry to US, unpaid taxes etc ). If it does not work, double, triple the reparation.

Not just no but HELL NO. The last thing we need is an army of foreign mercenaries operating at the whim of whoever happens to be in charge. Do you think an army of illegal aliens would hesitate to follow an order to shoot American citizens?

Uhhhh - don't think so. What possible benefit would a bunch of low IQ, totally unskilled, illegals be to the military? Other than pose security, behavior, and disease problems to our military, that is?

Lets do away with the citizenship by birth funny business. Our policy is encouraging an explosion in the illegal population.

No citizenship for the children of illegal aliens.

Change the constitution if necessary or we'll end up like the French.
