The fact is that many people agree there is fraud in the public school system on this topic.

It IS a fact that many people agree there is fraud in the public school system in the use of special education funding.

It's also a fact that many of the people who agree on this - i.e. who believe this - have no proof that their belief is correct.

To put it another way, many small children agree that there is a Santa Claus. They all agree, but they may still all be incorrect.

Well Amelia ,as I have stated already on this thread numerous times, I choose to believe the conservative sources which I have found and some of which I have linked to here on this very thread.

You know the ones I have referred to here and with whom I have consulted myself and worked with myself -over the NEA, a handful of teachers and some parents with a history of drugging their children (see those people may have an agenda with which I disagree).

I am sort of... well.. "conservative that way". I am sure you understand, I just really prefer to respect the research of conservative think tanks and business folks over union leaders.
