I didn't say it but I thought it - and I've seen nothing to change my mind. MA pruned some deadwood out of their legal code, and the world is continuing on unchanged: no legal bestiality, no slippery slope, no decrease in morality, etc.

'Hysterical' seems like a good word to me - this guy has worked himself into a frenzy over nothing and is spinning like a top to support an unsupported argument.

Note: No animals were harmed in the production of this post.

A lot of problems would be solved if the federal and state constitutions set a maximum life span for laws. The old crud would disappear by itself, and the legislatures would be too busy re-enacting the worthwhile laws to get into much newfangled mischief.
