They were at 35,000 feet or higher in altitude...SA-18's only go to 10,000 feet.

Oddly, not true. We have enough power to win ourselves. The tough part is twofold: 1) defeating the enemy within (the American Left) and 2) defeating the enemy that is REALLY within---out own fears and doubts.
