Well, considering that much of the "rivers of blood" in Toronto in Canada are the makings of their own Jamacian immigrant gangs there, the news story seems like a rich irony to me.

Good point....and since the article refers to a massive 'brain drain' of educated people fleeing Jamaica, this of course suggests that among those leaving are perhaps some of the more educated criminals who are looking for new territory to plunder and pillage.

Right- In the early 80's the Jamaicans immigrated to Cleveland, into a long-established Hungarian neighborhood, bringing coke and crack. The good people were driven out- the rest got into drugs. So, add "Drug Dealers" to the mobility list.
