Earlier this week, President Bush launched his first round of response fire to the Democrats and Anti-War bafoons who have been attacking and trying to take down our commander in cheif, as well as dishonoring and attacking our troops. Fellow FReeper CharlesWayneCT and I had an idea...start a thread that would be reposted daily about "Spreading the Truth"
So far lots of you have signed up for Operation Spread the truth!...almost 40 of you. Lets get more!
Our Mission: To Expose the liberals and their lies, as well as inconsistencies via local media, e-mails, letters to the editors.
What we all know to be true here on FR is ignored and shut out by the MSM.
This thread will be a place for FReepers to co-ordinate call ins to radio stations, letters to editors, rallies, and any other way of Spreading the truth pertaining to the run up to and the Iraq War...
You will find letters to the editor already written, or you can write your own, we also suggest calling into radio stations. I've already sent out a wave of letters to local newspapers in Bergen County, NJ
Please ping anyone who you know might be interested.
Please ping me for the Letter team!
For the Radio call in team, put me in as well!

Gotta walk the talk right??? :)
Put me on the list.
Which list?
Put me on the email forwarding list.
Make the info short and concise like a sound bite.
Liberals can't absorb much more than that.
All the files will be in http://lrllamas.com/OSTT/
We should be able to generate a fairly large stable of valuable documents.
Put me on the letter to the editor list.
Thanks!
More than 13 times as many young American men (ages 17 to 39) were murdered in the last 3 1/2 years in the US, than have died in Iraq. The per person chance for someone in the armed forces is higher - 24 per 100,000 - than in the US - 14 per 100,000 in that broad age group - but not by much. If you look at the peak age groups, 17-25, there is essentially no difference.
70 times as many Americans have been killed in auto accidents in the same period of time. The absolute rate for all persons (not broken down by age or sex) is again about half the rate of our losses in Iraq, 13 per 100000 population, per year.
The point is our losses are so close to background they are barely distinguishable. Yet the leftwing media pretend it is some catastrophe, based on little more than lavishing more column inches on each US serviceman killed in Iraq than each young man killed in the states. Some quagmire.
Thank you, Xcamel!
Put me on the LTTE and the Radio Call In team.
LET'S ROLL!
I'm too shy for radio. :)
I can do letters and I'll try letter to the editor. Just let me know what you would like. :)
Re: Post Ten
Thank you, GBU!
I do anything needed. Just let me know.
Please put me on the Letters to Editor list.
I write letters all the time.
Here is the latest I wrote (edited somewhat for brevity here), which was published today in the Baytown Sun (circulation 40,000)

...I see the Democrats have invented the necessity for a new word in the English language, "losingest", as in "Democrats have adopted the 'most losingest' political strategy since Democrats in 1860 thought they could win the slavery debate by seceding from the United States to form the Confederate States."
Here is their strategy, "Bush lied. Vote Democrat." Like the "thump, thump, thump" of a bald, bulging tire about to blow at 75 m.p.h., every day it is "Bush, Bush, Bush lied, lied, lied." This from the party of "is, is" really is astonishing.
It doesn't matter that President Clinton launched cruise missiles into Iraq to "take out" Saddam's nuclear weapons program (just when he was to go before a grand jury [to lie] about Paula Jones and Monica Lewinsky), nor that Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Al Gore, Harry Reid, Jay Rockefeller and every other Democrat Senator in congress in 2002, having seen EXACTLY the same CIA intelligence that President Bush saw took to the floor of the Senate to warn the country of Saddam's weapons program, nor that 500 tons of enriched uranium was found in Iraq after the U.S. invasion, nor that ricen was found, nor that anthrax was found in Iraq after the war, nor that Saddam murdered almost 1 million of his fellow citizens, invaded two neighboring countries--Kuwait and Iran--launched missiles into Israel, created the worst environmental disaster in history when he burned Kuwait's oil fields, nor that Saddam had allowed Al Qaeda to set up training camps in Iraq, nothing, absolutely nothing matters to Democrats except the "losingest" political strategy since the civil war, "Bush lied".
...
Here is the biggest problem of all with the Democrats' "Bush lied" losingest strategy in since the Civil War, George Bush may not be running for President in 2008! I say "may not" because since he "stole" the first election (according to Democrats), he's actually only been elected once--2004. Therefore, he should be eligible for one more term starting in 2009.
