There it is---from Juan. The Dems latest talking point is that, "Yes, Clinton et al saw the same threat from Saddam. BUT HE DIDN'T GO TO WAR!"

First BJ would never go to war because he was a coward. Dick Morris wanted him to pay attention to terrorism and he was just too afraid to do anything, Mogadishu.

Second, he had far less intel on genocide in Bosnia but had no problem going to war there after his impeachment started. The only reason we went there was he was desparate and needed to change the subject. There has never been any solid proof that genocide was happening other than civil war.
