No. You are wrong. He said they would be home by Christmas. [Of course, one had to understand Clinton-speak; he didn't say Christmas of what year. lol. Remember, with Clinton one had to be specific. With Clinton the technique was 'parsing'; with Kerry is was 'nuancing'; with most other people it is 'shading the truth'.]
