I think this is an important day. We will see if Republican senate and congressional guests actually stand up for themselves and the President this Sunday or do they remain passive and weak.
Lead.
Follow.
Or get the hell out of the way.
I will not support a party of apathetic wimps.

Just watched a guy from USA Today, Richard Benedetto on C-Spin--he must be near retirement, talking about the things he did. Benedetto already was fired (or relieved of his duties as they say) from USA today while they are streamlining.

Wow Just nailed it. That is the best deconstruction of the WH Press Corps I have ever seen! We really do need to spend more time looking into the background of the "Journalists" really amazing what a corrupt inter relationship exists between the Democrat Power brokers and the major Dinosaur Media "Journalists"

Benedetto already was fired (or relieved of his duties as they say) from USA today while they are streamlining.Benedetto was excellent. I had to keep checking the screen to reaffirm that he was, or at least had been, with USA Today. Cass Sunstein is on now and is also excellent and informative.

Good morning AB, ladies and gems.
Should be interesting today. Looking for lame reasons the President was wrong in his speech Friday.
Will be checking in regularly. Cooking today.
Meanwhile, my essay on the President's speech is being hotly debated. Insert wink here.
I do, though it's not easy, venture out into the world of the uninformed. Oh, and some liberal Moonbat territory as well.

FYI...this might be of some interest...in the New York market, which I assume is fairly important for these Sunday talk shows...ABC had been showing George's show at 9 AM, so as not to compete directly against all the others..a few months ago they started showing it at 10am..where it goes directly against all of them. Suicide impulse?
Does anyone have the national and local ratings?

Good Morning! Im hoping someone brings up the Plame Game. Last night my liberal union neighbor was extolling the virtues of the media for smoking out Rove and his, and I quote, "Watergate sized leak". So, I quereied, it was Ok for Deepthroat to leak FBI documents to the press, but it is "Watergate sized" when someone mentions in passing a fact widely known? Shouldnt Deepthroat have been subjected to the same treatment the White House got? "Apples and Oranges," he said and resumed his raking, signifying the debate was over. These people dont think we have memories, or something...
Democrats and their minions-Chicken Little, the Boy who cried Wolf and Humpty Dumpty all rolled into one..

Good grief, they have the same people on over and over and over and over. You can predict what they're going to say before they even say it.
