the United States must contemplate a future in which Europe is no longer the reliable ally, philosophical soulmate, and fellow pillar of Western civilization that it has been for the past two centuries I am way ahead of the curve on this one. I've thought that for the last 10 years.

Let us not forget friends, that if the islamists take over europe, they will be taking over the economy, and the their weapons. England and Frances have nukes; europe combines has a lot of war planes and other military hardware. Do we want to face that, in addition to a marxist bloc in south and central america, plus iran and north korea with nukes pointing at us?
