A federal appeals court's dismissal of a lawsuit by parents outraged that a school district surveyed their elementary school-age children about sex is "frightening," says family advocate James Dobson.
"I think that's one of the most frightening examples of judicial tyranny that has come down," said Dobson, founder and head of Focus on the Family, on his daily radio broadcast.
Dobson called the 9th Circuit "the most out-of-control, imperious, unelected, unaccountable court in the country."

What many don't know is that this project was designed by the Clinton Administration and all results were to be reported directly to Bill. Word has it, he still tracks these developments closely at the Clinton Library and Massage parlor.
I figured some pervert had to be behind those questions. Clinton does qualify.
Its hard to believe that such a good idea (public schools) has gone so wrong.
I am sure it started off as a group of parents pooling their funds to hire a teacher and build a schoolhouse. Kids whose parents were poor were invited to attend, but as things grew the folks said "Hey, lets just put a tax on everyone and spread the cost out"... the beginning of the end.
Now we have teacher's unions (why do public employees need unions???) aligned with socialists and homosexuals and atheists (same thing?) contributing to their bosses' campaigns to give them tenure, huge retirements, and restrict the right of parents to have a say in their own children's upbringing.
Crazy...just crazy.
Big problem here. At some point the people have to have faith and trust in their court systems, and that's clearly not possible with the 9'th. Sooner or later something has to give.
The 9th is pure scum.
The problem in this case seems to be with the school board. We don't want the Courts reading privacy rights into the Constitution when they guarantee freedom of choice to an abortion, so we should not like reading similar rights into the Constitution to prevent elected officials (school board members) from determining curriculum. The solution in this case is to elect a new school board or take your children out of public schools. The Courts are not the place to deal with every stupid decision by elected officials.
Just because Dobson's heart is in the right place (and just because the Ninth Circuit is generally out of control) does not mean everything Dobson says makes sense (or that nothing the Ninth Circuit does makes sense).
The problem is the parents who gave written consent to have their kids participate in the optional and voluntary survey; then asserting that they didn't have control.
Duh. "Withhold consent."

Touching my private parts too much ( note: this is pesonal and private, no one should be asking a question like this accept a parent)
Thinking about having sex ( note: what any child thinks about on sex is a question that only a parent should ask)
Thinking about touching other people's private parts
( Note: if the child has NOT been thnking about it, they likely will after the questions are asked and discussed)
Thinking about sex when I don't want to
( Note: some children who haven't been abused , ie most of them, will think they sex justifies being out of control, hello future rapists of America!)
Washing myself because I feel dirty on the inside
( Note: this referes to the Lady MacBeth syndrome, which likely can be cause by far more powerful factors than sex in elementary school children, for them sex is non existent biologically)
Not trusting people because they might want sex
( Note: healthy mistrust of strangers not encouraged ????)
Getting scared or upset when I think about sex
( Note: parental question only, they should be scared of sex, they can die from it!)
Having sex feelings in my body
(Note: at elementary school ages? This is truly pederastic
and sick!)
Can't stop thinking about sex

Getting upset when people talk about sex
(Note: Children should be upset, its a parent child issue only, conversation about sex with any one but parents SHOULD make an elementary school child UPSET!!!)

This is shocking only because of the deviant, graphic and personal nature of the social engineering involved. The truth is that the same sort of efforts are being expended in every other sphere of the pupil's moral development. The object is to create a peer dependent cohort with a secular worldview. Nothing more, nothing less.

1. The article said that the 9th Circuit dismissed the case. Wrong. The case was dismissed by U.S. District Judge David Selna, a Bush II appointee. The 9th Circuit upheld his dismissal. Dr. Dobson is being a little selective as to who gets the blame and Worldnet sees no need to correct him.
2. While this is a 9th Circuit opinion, it was written by two 9th Circuit judges and one 8th Circuit Judge, sitting by designation. Since the thrust of the article is that the 9th Circuit is so terrible, I think this is worth a mention.
3. Here's the fun part: The children who took part in the survey did so with the prior approval of their parents.
4. The case was dismissed because the parents didn't make a genuine legal claim. The school district conducted a survey whose questions offended the religious convictions of some of the parents. (After obtaining the parents' permission in the first place!) There were no laws broken, so the parents didn't have any standing to sue the school district.
Thanks for the clarification. I wonder if some parents did not realize to what kind of questions they were consenting. Definitely underscores the importance of being vigilant regarding school surveys and similar events. It wouldn't surprise me to read that the consent was fairly vague as to the content of the survey. If so, the moral of the story would be don't consent to anything unless you have complete information.
I think the basic thought every person should carry in their head is that they are increasingly aliens in their deteriorating native culture. Now given that conservatives have history, tradition and constitutional tools on our side, the conflict must be joined and carried on throughout the citizen's lifetime - not a simple election cycle or two. Simple actions with political intent go a long way towards alleviating rage, too. Adopting a counter-counter-culture lifestyle will also pay big rewards and p.o. countless leftists nationwide.
I see nothing "fun" at all about asking kids questions such as these and I doubt very much if the parents had any idea that such questions would be asked of their children.
I would never dream ANYONE would ask a 7 year old sexual questions like these unless they were trying to encourage them to have sex.

Abybody who thinks of this test as anything but a way for head shrinkers to make a buck and for homosexuals to find the weak kids is nuts.
