if you don't believe torture should be used in the ticking bomb scenario

Comparing secret prisons to dragging someone in the back room to extract information under the ticking bomb scenario is an insult to peoples intelligence. The two scenarios are not even remotely equivalent.

Actually I kind of like the idea of torturing terrorists!! Maybe they shouldn't be terrorists if they don't want things to happen to them. The Rats would call no ice cubes in their lemonade torture, so the word is often misused anyway. Now the Soviets and Saddamn knew how to torture.
