What "tools" are you worried about specifically that dictators like Stalin, Gobechev, Mao and Saddamn used?? The "tools" of torture.
I'm not "worried", I'm absolutely furious that our government has sunk to the levels of Stalin, Gorbachev, Mao and Saddam.
