I received the following email tonight. From: Kevin McLaughlin [mailto:ecampaign@gop.com] Sent: Thursday, November 10, 2005 9:09 PM To: rwjay@woh.rr.com Subject: Bookcast with Senator John McCain
Dear Richard,
On this Veterans Day, join us for a conversation with Senator John McCain as he shares the stories of heroes who have devoted their lives to serving others. In the latest BookCast on GOP.com, Senator McCain discusses his newest book, Character is Destiny: Inspiring Stories Every Young Person Should Know and Every Adult Should Remember.
In Character is Destiny, we meet heroes like Pat Tillman, who left the riches and celebrity of the NFL for a soldier's life, like Winston Churchill, who rallied his people in their darkest hour, like the Catholic priest in Auschwitz who offered to take a condemned man's place.
Listen to Senator McCain discuss these heroes and his newest book on Bookcast. Listen now on GOP.com!
These stories of patriotism and sacrifice are inspiring for Americans of all ages. In "Character is Destiny," McCain uses Shakespeare's enduring guidance of "to thine own self be true" to illustrate modern integrity for our world today. Listen to Senator McCain discuss his tribute to these selfless men and women, and purchase your copy of Character is Destiny today.
Listen now on GOP.com!
Sincerely,
Kevin McLaughlin Director of GOP Radio

The rest of the Republicans are going to lose my votes if they do not grow some spines. You do not know how to be the majority. You remind me of whipped dogs.
Do not send me any more email. Do not count on me for one penny in contributions. As long as you guys play like a bunch of pansies, do not expect my support.

He must be running for Prez.
Outstanding response. Can't add a thing to it.
If Character is Destiny then I expect McStain will soon be saying "fries with that?"
How the hell does he find time to write all these freaking books????? Shouldn't he be spending more time reducing the deficit or reforming Pentagon waste? Or at least destroying the free speech rights of his fellow Americans. Between the book writing and his obsession with steriods, the people in Arizona must be wondering whether he still plans on exploiting them like he has for the past 20 years.
