I would strike from the budget funds for the following:
National Endowment for the Arts
PBS/CPB/NPR
Department of Education
AMTRAK

I would also privatise Social Security and seriously overhaul Medicaid/Medicare

Remove current restrictions on drilling for petroleum, mining, refinery construction, and nuclear power plant construction.

Withdraw the US from the 1968 Outer Space Treaty and let loose free-enterprise on outer space.

That would be for starters...
