$100K to Sit with Bill and Hillary Clinton

Israel's Yitzhak Rabin Center is charging $100,000 a pop for supporters who want to bask in the aura of former and possibly future first couple Bill and Hillary Clinton, who will be attending the center's opening next week.

A fundraising letter obtained by the New York Post asks for donations to the center - saying seating will be determined "according to the size of the contribution."

"Priority, of course, will be given to the highest contributions," the letter adds.

The Clintons will seated at a 10-person table with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who apparently won't be charged for the honor. At the same table will be Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Jordan's King Abdullah.

Bill and Hill are visiting Israel this weekend for 10th-anniversary commemorations of the assassination of Rabin, the Nobel Peace Prize-winning Israeli prime minister.

Israelis are ponying up "big bucks" in an apparent effort to get as close as possible to the Clintons' table, the Post said.

Rabin Center officials, however, denied their was any explicit price tag attached to the VIP seats, saying who sits where will be determined by protocol.

The only way I would pay to see the Klintoons is if they were on trial and there was an admission fee to be in court.

For $100,000, I'd expect more than dinner.

Wait a minute, we're talking about Hillary here. Let me go throw up.

100 grand. Is that in dollars or pesos. Wouldn't be worth it in grains of sand. Only on Bastille Day.

This is disgusting...... Bill Clinton should be required to pay at least $100K for the privelege of sitting at the same table with Condi Rice!! And Condi Rice should NOT be required to share eating and breathing space with the likes of the Clintons anyway........

My thoughts exactly. I would pay even more to see them behind bars where these two reprobates belong. I don't need to pay $100K to see criminal thugs -- I can just go downtown on any street corner and see them for free!!!

My opinion of Secretary Rice just dropped 50 points ... why the heck does she even want to breath the same air as these criminals?

What a load of crap, no wonder politicians are so damn arrogant. They're supposed to be public servants, not royalty that you have to pay $100,000 to bow and scrape to them. I wouldn't pay a hundred bucks to meet anybody except Chuck Yeager, and that's only if it's donated to a worthy cause.

Good point. What the heck is Rice doing hanging with these two all about? Is she slumming? Do they have FBI files on her too? Or did the Toons crash her party? Did Rice set this thing up with Ariel Sharon and King Abdullah just to have the Toons crash the party?

I wonder if the ten at the table will get into a fistfight. That might be worth the price of admission.

The same Hillary who hugged Arafat? Or did they mean to say Palestinians?

I wouldn't walk across the street to urinate on these two if they were on fire.
