We are really hard on ourselves. If I post "the sky is blue" I had better qualify where it is and be looking at it at that very moment. And be ready to define what shade of blue and also deal with people who will point out that if look away oit might not be blue anymore.

Yes. My advice to newbies has always been: If you post anything, you better be ready to back it up! There are plenty of experts on FR that know about every subject known to man.
