This treaty was penned in 1982, under the Reagan Administration...he told them where it could be filed. Eventually, someone comes along to ratify these treaties. Remember, folks, it takes two to tango to get these items passed.

"Have you seen any credible source..."

I will have to locate the research. I did read that the administration was utilizing Condoleeza Rice to persuade the Congress to ratify the treaty.

I will get back to you.

"From the Clinton Administration..."

I hate to tell you this but this reformation/revolution has been going on since the turn of the century. The incremental changes really picked up steam with Woodrow Wilson and F.D.R.

It's time has been ripe for the past two administrations for the UN to push this through. I wonder why they wait till now to go for it. I guess they finally figured out that Bush would be an easy pushover for anything to do with one world government. Since Ronald Reagan every administration has done nothing but sell the American people out. There is not that much difference between Bush and Clinton. Not too much at all.

But it's been the Bush administration where they buried states rights and personal property rights. Even during the Clinton administration we didn't loose as much. Bush has been a dud right on par with Clinton.

Bones (actually Skull & Bones) is an UNDERGRADUATE secret society at Yale. There are at least ten secret societies there but Skull & Bones is, by far, the most prestigious.

Bush the Elder and Bush the Younger (Dubya) are both Bonesmen, having been among the twenty chosen ("tapped") in their respective classes.

This is one club of which neither Slick Willie nor the Hildabeast nor even Chelsea is eligible to be a member. To the best of my knowledge, membership is limited to men, as well.

"It's time has been ripe for the past two administration for the UN to push this through."

Look, I hate be the rain on the parade here but our government, through NGO's, have been authoring and coauthoring a vast majority of the U.N. treaties that will be to the detriment of Americans. Then a President will quietly sign a treaty, while the Congress quietly ratifies the treaty. By using NGO's as a starting point, the dirty little work is under the radar screen...unless you actively research these activities. It is monotonous and time consuming; however, you have to make an attempt. Yes, we're all busy with our lives but we have to try.

I post these articles because the authors have done much of the same research I have done over the years. So, it is shrink-wrapped for you.

When has Bush ever refused to sign anything?

------

Another one of his massive failures in domestic policy -- TOTAL FEAR OF THE VETO PEN.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Treaty has ALREADY been signed by the president (Clinton). Once the Senate ratifies it, it goes into effect. Bush doesn't have the opportunity or power to formally veto it. But he should use his power to prevent the Senate from ratifying it.

So the Toon is not a Bonesman? But he did go to Yale. So I guess the Clinton's did get some dirt on Bush in those 900 FBI files.

Yes, one must be from old money. The Clintons are rednecks...too lowball for the society. Yes, it is for men only.

Hey, both G.W. and John Kerry are brothers. So really, the society had nothing to loose.

Given the Bush agenda, it will pass with his support.

The TITANIC is a WRECK. How can you WRECK a WRECK? And it is rapidly turning to a pile of RUST. Stuff left two miles down is useless to anybody.
