So how do we distinguish between the muslims who are at war with us and those who aren't? The koran teaches muslims that lying to infidels is okay.

And I'll keep screaming right along with you; however, we ARE at war. We are at war with a death cult (islam is NOT a religion). This is a war unlike any other and we just might lose. All past war's have been against other States/Counties that wore uniforms. The enemy was easily identifiable. Not so in this case.

So how do we distinguish between the muslims who are at war with us and those who aren't?

Ask the american soldiers in Iraq who do a pretty good job of killing insurgents while leaving the innocent people in that country unharmed.

It's pretty easy to know when someone is waging war on you- generally, they are the ones shooting at you.
