Show me a Muslim who has violated the law,

Does declaring oneself to be an enemy of the United States during wartime qualify as violating the law (I'm honestly asking , I don't remember how the treason/sedition laws are written) If so, then all moslems have violated the law by declaring themselves to be moslem

I doubt it. People can more or less say whatever they want, so long as they do not engage in illegal acts.

If so, then all moslems have violated the law by declaring themselves to be moslem

Whatever makes you say that? A Muslim would need to specifically state that he is an enemy of the US, rather than simply being part of a religion which has some tenets that can be interpreted as being anti-American.

What if a Muslim said that he is a believing Muslim, but that he is not an enemy of America?

I think the citizenship oath is like my oath to serve in the armed forces; including to protect America from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
