L.A. County is slowly coming in. Now up to 21%. I think 75 will be doomed by L.A. County. 73 will be severely damaged, and probably won't be able to survive the onslaught from the rest of Alameda/Contra Costa/Santa Clara:

So it is up to 21% now? If so, then the SoS website is off right now. At the moment, Prop. 75, while still losing, gained back some ground. However, at the same time, it was showing that Los Angeles is still at 14%.

Either way, it looks like they all failed.
