So it is up to 21% now? If so, then the SoS website is off right now. At the moment, Prop. 75, while still losing, gained back some ground. However, at the same time, it was showing that Los Angeles is still at 14%.

Either way, it looks like they all failed.

The LA County site is updating the numbers before the SoS. They will hit the SoS site momentarily.
