Lets' see. President Rugova is married to a Catholic woman, attends Catholic services, celebrates Christmas, keeps a picture of the Pope on his office wall, is a founding member of the "Christian Albanian Party" and is a politician running for office in a Muslim majority country who has said he is a "symbolic Muslim". I don't think this is much harder to figure out than why Rudy Giuliani wears a green scarf and marches in the St. Patrick's Day parade.

Made up almost entirely of Muslims. As for his wife, doesn't matter. Muslim men marry outside of Islam all the time, its Muslim women who are not allowed to marry outside the Islamic faith...rather a straw man argument.
