Student shoots teacher, two administrators at Campbell County H.S.
November 8, 2005 JACKSBORO (WATE) -- Witnesses say a male student walked into Campbell County High School this afternoon and shot two administrators and a teacher.The student walked into a commons area of the school around 2:00 p.m. hiding a hand gun under a napkin, then fired the gun at three the principal, an assistant principal and a teacher.
According to Gail Parks, assistant director of schools, no students have been hurt in the incident.
One man was shot in the head and another shot in the leg. It is unclear at this time if the third man was shot.
A Lifestar helicopter transported some of the men to UT Medical Center.
The student was tackled and taken into custody.
The school remains locked down this afternoon.
