The German BND released a report today about the eminent threat to Germany. Cover page in the German papers? "Is America above the Geneva Convention? The torture debate"

A week ago the UN report on the Food for Oil program was released. It was incriminating for the French who opposed the war. It basically validated that those opposed to the war had direct financial incentives to be against it. Cover stories in the German MSM? Abu Gharib, bomb blowing up in Baghdad.

Paris is on fire, German MSM report? It was disenfranchised youth. Only reluctantly, after delay, after their hand was forced did they even concede that “Yes, it’s Muslims”. BTW, now there are even reports of this being driven in part by Islamists from within France.

Can you really expect anything else? This guy is a F&*%@ up product of their media which is:

1. Largely state run and propagates the party line. In this case it’s “There is no danger, Islam is the religion of peace, forget London think about Abu Gharib.” “No, really there is danger! Bush is making this up!”

2. Far left politically, such as “Der Spiegel” (One of the most read magazines there).

His entire “paradigm” is a product of state and overwhelmingly left media in Germany. Sueddeutsche Zeitung, Welt…… most are far far left.

He thinks he’s a “critical thinker” because he in reality regurgitates that which all others tell him. All his little arguments are cliché’s. As you suggest, the run of the mill standard answers. If you talk to a German all you need to do is say “Bush, Cowboy, imperialism, oil”. You’ll be accepted immediately.

In the US nearly 85% of all reporters voted for Kerry. The media is predominantly liberal and Democrat. Michael Moore, Streisand, the list goes on…… are all bleeding hearts. In Germany this is even MORE pronounced. Even their quote on quote conservatives are nothing more than light moderate liberals. They still largely embrace socialism in economic terms. Their right is our left. Our right with its “rule least is best”, “hands off” approach does not even EXIST! Their right wing CDU/CSU still thinks “Vater Staat” should regulate, tax, and control human existence from birth to grave (inclusive).

I don’t wish the Germans an attack or even the French. But reality is, which I tried to explain earlier, “They are dirty infidels”, just like us. In fact they are viewed as less, since as a secular society they are not even people of the book, in which case your fate SHALL be death. That is SPELLED out in the Koran. Something this “great wise world traveler” probably doesn’t know. The ONLY difference right now is that because WE are the leading nation in the fight against radical Islamic fundamentalist thought and militants, WE are there largest target. THAT’S IT. Germany is not immune from Islamic violence, they are just a lower priority target. If we were to fall, if we were to give up. Guess who next would pop up on the radar screen of these radical elements?

This guy is actually advertising and “proud” of the fact that the Iranians see him as less a threat, an appeaser who will cave in. “Yea, yea, you Americans are disliked in the world!” He should have said, “We Germans are liked a lot in Iran, Putin likes us, so does China, and Libya; even North Korea does not dislike us, as they do you!” That’s something this guy is proud of!

The radical elements of Islam are no different than the Communists in their end state. They want to conquer and expand. They are in a state of war with us, not vice versa. The danger is that we don’t have a Kustchev beating a shoe on a table. We don’t have a single leader who say’s “I will burry you” as the Russians had. This threat is sneaky, it has many faces, it DENIES what it’s goal is. This threat is non-linear, unconventional and abstract at times. A moron, a typical German will have a hard time comprehending.
