SANTA ANA, Calif. - A federal judge on Monday denied bail for two Chinese nationals accused of conspiring to steal sensitive documents on U.S. Navy warship technology and smuggle them to China. Tai Wang Mak, a broadcast and engineering director for the Phoenix North American Chinese Channel, and his wife, Fuk Heung Li, were arrested Oct. 28 in Los Angeles as they prepared to board a flight to China. In Li's luggage, authorities found a disk that contained information on U.S. technology designed to suppress the noise of submarine propulsion systems, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Deirdre Eliot. These people must have been under surveillance, otherwise how could the agent identify the CD?

Makes you wonder if the feds couldn't get a search warrant and had to wait for them to try and leave the country and get a baggage search.

Moderators are our FRiends. They know that Alamo girl has this little file which has evidence that Clinton gave Chinese people lots of info. Just like this story. But since the nice Chinese have been stealing, or uhum taking it from Sandy Burglar, John Huang, Richardson, probably Albright, and Hillary! for so long this qualifies as very ooolllddd news. The only thing worth noting here is that people in our government are putting their feet down and saying, "No!" That's news.

Drudge was talking about this on his Sunday radio program. The reporter who broke the story said he did so last Monday (10/31). Drudge made a big deal about how the LSM was bypassing this story for far less important ones.

"Hi, there. My name's Tai. What's yours?"

"Fuk"

"FORWARD little thing, aren't you?"

These are just a couple of Bubba Jeff's buddies.

They can't beleive the cost of getting top secret information went up since Bubba's out and Sandy Burglar isn't allowed in the National archives anymore.
