That is correct and lost on the world. Maybe NATO will intervene and bomb Paris back to the 18th century. Then the muslims can get France partitioned into separate states.
Hey, it happened with Serbia. Make a sovereign country a bunch of sovereign countries for the good of some upset muslims and terrorists.
