How ironic is it that outsourcing is one of the primary reasons why the U.S. doesn't face this kind of problem itself?

Most of the permanent underclass of the United States who would do this kind of thing are either in prison or is working in factories in China and Malaysia.

No, people who work can be poor, but they're not members of the underclass. To be a real member of the underclass some liberal has to pay you to do nothing. That's what's destructive to the human spirit. The "poor" who work don't riot, it's freeloaders who riot. The welfare state robs humans of any type of dignity and replaces it with rage. Everyone knows that...
