In the 9th circuit case, the parents had been given a chance for their children to opt out, BUT the obnoxious questions were ADDED afterwards. Sneaky.

So you are telling me that the original Questionnaire wasn't objectionable to the parents,because the questions were withheld and thus the parents didn't opt out,that is dishonest and wrong.

I would have opted out anyway,because I don't trust the curriculum in health class at the elementary level.

In Middle school you expect sex ed in health class,because the kids are going into puberty and their bodies are changing.

The consent letter did not provide any list of questions.
