I hope that the Dutch at least have the GUTS to issue "shoot to kill" orders to their police.

Interesting . . . on that note I heard a conservative guest on Bill Bennett this AM say that if the French cracked down and a few Muslims got killed it would be twisted as a failure by the "conservative" government and the media would pressure Chamberlain (sp?) - type "talks". This guy like I said was a conservative-sounding Islam expert, so this was not Dowd-y talking points.

Methinks the French are in a lose-lose situation, not that it isn't their fault.
