Proper way is either a flash/bang (preferably a frag) grenade, then go in shooting. THAT is the way to raid a terrorist's home.

Indeed! After a few moments of anger, I found myself simply laughing audibly. Honestly.
At some point they'll have to make donations to Islamic Terrorist groups and those that support them to enter. Then they'll have to leave all weapons outside and hand them to muslims. Why even bother!

Here's a better idea; why don't they simply turn their govnerments over to muslim rule. That'll get from point-A too point-B with a minimum of bloodshed, since apparently that's the top priority.
Since no one does their research on "bloodshed" following Islamic takeover of nations and all the associated "benefits," what they don't know in advance won't hurt them.
The Luton Council of Faiths can issue all the "guidelines" they want. Doesn't mean a thing unless the polce dept hierarchy decides it should
