That is precisely why the administration should have a better PR team and spokespeople. Playing nicey hasn't worked for 6 years; and it isn't going to work for the remainder. The public persona of the administration is no better than the spokesperson who represents that administration's persona.

"President Bush defines his vision of the war on terror, echoing his election campaign where he used fear to garner votes..."

Whatever this administration does, it will get turned around. Count on it.
