There is nothing peaceful, beautiful about wathching someone die. When my grandfather passed away I was with him the night he died and there was nothing beautiful about it. Sure, he wasn't being starved or dehydrated to death so I wouldn't know what that would look like if he was, but I can't for the life of me think that is so beautiful, peaceful. Felos is sick!

I agree my mother's death in June still haunts me. She was 89, she was heavily medicated for pain (bone cancer), had an IV for fluids, and it was far from peaceful. The one thing I do know ....... she IS NOW at peace.
