Well, Mr. Ryan O'Doherty, Communications Director for the Maryland Democrat Party, you're about to have your cover blown. About time, too. We're going to expose your sleazy dirty trick.

Given the circumstances, I understand your suspicions, but don't worry -- I am not a troll. fair enough - you can appreciate our sensitivity Im sure
with that, welcome

With all the (MD4Bush) media attention that FreeRepublic.com has been getting the past few days, we should expect a bunch of new folks joining FR. Especially in MD, lots of conservatives feel all alone in a sea of blue.
The Baltimore Sun, WBAL and the Washington Compost are helping those lost and lonely conservative souls find FR.
I will try to be at the press conference outside the Compost building tomorrow, to take photos and make note of any Old Media in attendance. Who knows, maybe Matthew Mosk will show up, in Groucho Marx disguise...

What about the rumor that certain freepers sprout tails and horns at midnight? 43 posted on 11/03/2005 12:53:21 PM EST by lowbridge
Oh, that's entirely true. [diabolical sarcasm]

From the link:
"The Washington Post played a key role in the furtherance of this dirty trick. Their role in this scandal has ramifications that go beyond Maryland politics and is reminiscent of Watergate, but with the players' roles reversed." Indeed.
Freep The Post.

I just read the comments on the Rawstory article, it shows you what kind of morons visit that site.

Probably MD4BUSH and his or her buddies faking more "news" online.

MD4BUSH is goin' down! TSR I'm not going to hold my breath. Besides MD4BUSH is just one player. Who really holds the strings? Duncan, Oakley, Curran? Don't forget Curran's daughter is married to Baltimore Mayor O'Malley.
What did The Washington Post know and when did they know it?
The New York Times and The Washington Post have managed to sink to the level of Hearst Newspaper chain in the the heyday of yellow journalism.
To: UnklMike
Ron Smith just announced on WBAL that they will be covering the press conference.

Right. Although I would imagine that the television news (WBAL Channel 11) will also be there. They have been covering the story as well.
To: upchuck
what does US Newswire charge for this service?
It depends on how widely the press release was circulated. It isn't cheap. More info from U.S. Newswire Services
here.
