From the looks of this tripe, not even his editor reads it.

See my 13. Although the Trib is slowly going to the dark side, Ruth is pretty much a token lib.

The Times is the evil rag. Same bay, different points on the compass.

It's up for interpretation. There's so many kinds of conservatives and then there's libertarians which are sometimes hard to spot and accurately place and honestly....

I really care less.

But about being a conservative spokesman... Sorry. That he his. Fox is the only conservative news outlet reaching the masses on a large scale.(no, I'm not saying rush is small time) O'Reilly is just as much a spokesman for conservatives as Hannity is.

I ultimately don't mind it. As I said, I can think of others who could be better, but I'm just glad that the media's monopoly is broken and that we actually have spokesmen now.

why would you possibly wait for the subscription to run out?

It would be wayyyyyyy more fun to call the circulation desk and discuss with them why you want it stopped immediately and that you want the pro rata returned to your hands so that you can purchase, say, the New York Post or the Washington Times.

Hubby reads the stupid thing, but I am slowly turning him against it. At least now he acknowledges that it is "a rag." (I miss the NY Post! Now that was a "newspaper." Remember when it ran the "Axis of Weasels front cover? LOL! That was the best!)

Because of people like this Ruth character, soon the only place you'll be able to find a newspaper is in a museum. Or an outhouse.

"The Tampa Tribune doesn't really hold a candle to the Washington Post when it comes to corrupt reporting..."

The Post runs a close second to the New York Times.

Seems like all the newspapers with "Times" in their names are only fit for "fish wrap".

Dan needs some hatemail

As a liberal, I'm sure he gets lots of self-hate mail....

Is this the guy who gets off by making obscene phone calls to female county commissioners? What a man!

This rambling, pointless, incoherent rant actually appeared in a newspaper? What is the guy trying to say? Nevermind, I don't care. I'm not a big fan of O'Reilly's either, but I can tell you why in a coherent fashion.

However much of an asshole O'Reilly is, he looks like a angel compared to the idiot that wrote this article.

Did you see the headline on the St Petersberg Times today? Something about "Bush has 2nd Term Blues".

They hate Bush and Republicans. I won't buy them, but the Trib has been going down the leftist path to oblivion over the past few years also.

Why bother to pretend there's an reason for attacking O'Reilly and Fox News?

It would be more honest to drop the pretext and just do the bashing, since that's all that the piece is about anyway.

But then again, when have liberals ever cared about honesty, except when they're accusing their enemies of lacking it?

>>>>>Your show on saturday mornings sucks.<<<<<

His show would have to improve a great deal to rise to the level of 'sucks'.

Just fine...That is, since we got Fox news a few months ago...

What a difference between Fox and all the others (CNN BBC ...CBC)

We love O`Reilly...Some people here might not like him, but, I do not see many in the media who understand that the USA had been raped on 911.

That ones good, but I was thinking of the other suitable for framing front page. The one where they are at the UN and the German and French ambassadors have weasel heads. My all time favorite! (LOL! If I wasn't such a computer dummy I would post it.) :0)
