True free speech is the archenemy of those who voted against it.

I think we need the roll call put up so we can yell at the appropriate people. Loudly.

How about we get McCain-Feingold repealed first, then worry about additional legislation, hah?

I'm confused about why online speech isn't already covered by the First Amendment.

But then again I'm still confused about how the McCain-Feingold denial of free speech law got passed.

Simple solution to this mess: house the servers offshore.

It's a sad state of affairs when we have to move our venues OUT of America to be able to speak freely.

McCain-Feingold getting passed is easy to explain. How it passed Constitutional muster in the Supreme Court is the confusing part.

Thank the Leftists and RINOs. They gleefully signed our rights away in the name of "reform."

Now only foreign billionaires really have freedom of speech in OUR nation!

182 people, of whom, I hope none represent me directly, that should feel the brunt of the outrage over this.

The sad part is that it had to go under the no debate, no amendment rule because of the number of idjits in congress who think that every good bill needs to be destroyed with nonsense amendments.

Mark Kennedy definitely seems to be somebody deserving of support in his run to become the next Senator from Minnesota.

Just thought I'd express my opinion.... while I still can.

Getting ready? The war started with the passage of McCain-Feingold. We've been losing ground ever since.
